The more services you combine, the better the rate. Our team will walk the property with you first so the combination matches what the property actually needs.
All multi-service discounts are paid by automatic credit or debit card, or by EFT billed upon completion, or by pre-payment of the first year of service fees.
Because of the discount extended, if the customer cancels within the first year there is an early termination fee equal to 25 percent of the annual contract value.
These are two different things and it is worth knowing which you are asking about.
