Modern Exterminating Co Inc operates a text messaging programme so we can reach you quickly about pest control, termite, wildlife and moisture control service. Messages are sent using automated technology.
We send text messages for the following purposes only:
We do not send unrelated marketing from third parties, and we do not send messages to numbers that have not opted in.
You opt in to text messages by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box on a form on this website, or by giving us your number and agreeing to text contact when you speak with our office.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services, request an estimate and book a visit without ever agreeing to text contact.
Text STOP to any message at any time to cancel.
After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. If you want to rejoin later, opt in again through a form on this website or ask our office to add you back.
You can also opt out by calling (803) 205-2744 or emailing whatbugsyou@pestfreesc.com. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your service agreement, and it may mean you no longer receive appointment reminders.

Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule and on any enquiry you have made. Most customers receive only a small number of messages around each scheduled visit.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charge for sending or receiving a text message is set by your mobile carrier under your own plan, not by Modern Exterminating. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what your plan includes.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of text messages depends on your carrier network and on your handset, and neither we nor your carrier can guarantee that every message will arrive or that it will arrive on time. Pest control results depend on factors outside our control, including conditions on neighbouring property, structural issues, and whether recommended follow-up work is carried out.
The content, layout, graphics and marks on this website, including the Modern Exterminating and ModernCare names, belong to Modern Exterminating Co Inc or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written consent.
