Pricing depends on the pest, property, and service plan. Contact Modern for an estimate tailored to your situation. General calls to action should request a free estimate or quote, not a free inspection.
For most general pest treatments, you do not need to be home. Interior work may require access. Termite inspections can generally be completed without you being home.
Appointment length depends on the treatment and property. Our team will explain what to expect, provide an arrival window, and call on the way.
Modern uses low-toxicity, professional products and follows service-specific safety requirements. Some treatments require people or pets to stay out of treated areas until the materials are dry or for a specified period.
