Josh was very friendly, explained the process he was going to do. Sprayed inside throughout entire home. Knocked down cobwebs for main entrance to home and sprayed outside perimeter. The only thing I wish he did was spray and knock down webs on the upper deck of the house. There were a lot of webs and insects/spiders there.
