New Operations and Branch Leadership Roles Support Modern Exterminating’s Expanding Footprint and Future Opportunities in the Pest Control Industry
Modern Exterminating has announced a series of leadership promotions and appointments designed to strengthen operations and position the company for continued growth throughout the South Carolina Midlands.
Founded in 1955, Modern Exterminating is one of the longest-standing, family-owned and locally operated pest control companies serving Columbia, Lexington, Aiken and surrounding communities. The company’s new leadership structure reflects its commitment to developing talent from within while continuing to expand services and opportunities across the region.
As part of the restructuring:
- Stacey Hudson has been promoted to Operations Manager. Hudson has been with Modern Exterminating for nearly seven years and most recently served as Office Manager. In her new role, she will oversee operational coordination and support across the company’s growing service areas.
- Robert Hudson has been named Branch Manager of the Columbia office. With more than 20 years of experience in the pest control industry, Hudson has been with Modern for eight years and recently earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification, demonstrating his commitment to technical expertise and industry leadership.
- Luke Anderson has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Lexington office. Anderson joined Modern Exterminating four years ago as a Pest Control Technician and most recently served as Pest Control Supervisor. His advancement highlights the company’s focus on developing team members through hands-on experience and leadership training.
- Davis Corwell will serve as Branch Manager of the Elgin office. Corwell joins Modern with a background in pest control management and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Company leadership says the new structure is designed to support the organization’s expanding footprint and create additional opportunities for both employees and customers.
