As President of Modern Exterminating, Melanie is the driving force behind the company’s vision, culture, and continued growth. She first joined the team in 2019 as Community Relations Director and now leads with a deep commitment to both Modern’s 70+ year legacy and its future. A graduate of the NPMA Executive Leadership Program and Leadership SCPCA, she’s actively involved with SCPCA, NPMA, and Associated Pest Services. When she’s not championing our community or steering strategy you can find Melanie hopping on a plane, ready to travel anywhere, anytime.
